Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Tony's Credit Repair website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Description of Services

Tony's Credit Repair provides credit repair, credit education, and related financial wellness services. Our services include reviewing your credit report, challenging inaccurate or noncompliant reporting with credit bureaus and furnishers, and providing guidance on credit improvement.

We offer several program tiers with varying levels of service. Details of each program, including pricing, are provided on our pricing page and in your service agreement.

CROA Compliance & Right to Cancel

In compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), we do not charge for credit repair services until they have been fully performed. You have the right to cancel your contract within three business days of signing at no charge.

We do not make false claims about our ability to improve your credit report and do not advise you to make false statements to credit bureaus.

Your Responsibilities

To receive the full benefit of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your credit history
• Forward all correspondence from credit bureaus and furnishers to us promptly
• Make timely payments for services rendered, in accordance with your program
• Not engage in any fraudulent or misleading activity related to your credit

No Guarantee

We do not guarantee the removal of any specific item from your credit report or any particular increase in your credit score. Credit repair results depend on many factors outside our control, including the accuracy of information reported by third parties.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Tony's Credit Repair or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tony's Credit Repair and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of our services or this website.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tony's Credit Repair, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, including if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in California.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time by updating this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
